- Sites are Wired for Cable, TV, DSL & Telephone. (Service available from Loretel Systems at an additional fee)
- Concrete Pads for Wheels
- Free WI-FI at Store & Community Center
- Garbage service
- No guest fees
- Winter storage of RV
- Lawn care
- Boat parking available in designated areas for an additional rental fee
